How will I receive my digital products?
For E-books and audio books, after your purchase is completed, your digital product access will be delivered immediately via the contact details (email) you provided during check out. Simply follow the link or instructions to download/access to retrieve your E-book or audio book. Each purchase includes up to 3 downloads/access attempts, so please download and save your E-book to your preferred device after downloading it.

How can I access my E-courses?
1. You should receive access credentials via the contact details (email) you provided at check out. Look for an email from from the “Supernatural Institute.” 
2. Use the details in the email. The username will be your email and click the link to set up your password.
3. After password is set up, you will be able to access your account by going to  learn.supernaturalinstitute.com.
4. If you forget your password at any time or did not see an email with the set up information, go to learn.supernaturalinstitute.com and enter the email you provided at checkout then click "forgot password." Follow the instructions to update your password.
5. To access your personal learning portal with your purchased courses, use the email you provided at checkout and password you created to log in at learn.supernaturalinstitute.com. 
6. If you use the same email to purchase multiple courses, you will be able to find all your purchased courses in your porta. Please note: when you purchase a course, you will receive lifetime access. This means your access does not expire as long as the course is available on that platform. 

How can I access my E-books and Audio Books?
For E-books and audio books, once downloaded, your digital product is yours to enjoy on the compatible device or reading platform of your choice. You can save it to your phone, tablet, or computer, or add the file to your Apple Books library or compatible Kindle reading app/device for personal use. Instructions for importing an E-book may vary by device or platform. Once the digital product has been delivered to you, managing and transferring the file to your preferred reading platform is the customer's responsibility.

For physical products, your item will be shipped to you or available for pick-up, depending on your choice at checkout.
